Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide when booking (identification, contact and stay details) to manage your reservation, payment and invoicing, as well as legal obligations regarding guest registration.

Contact form data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry.

Payments

Payments are processed through the secure PayComet payment gateway. POZO DEL DUQUE, S.L. does not store your full card details; they are handled directly by the payment institution in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standard.

Retention and recipients

We keep data for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal periods. We do not share data with third parties except where legally required or with providers necessary for the booking: the ObeHotel booking engine and the PayComet payment gateway.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@zaharasuites.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
