Cookies we use

Necessary (first-party): they store your language preference and, during the booking process, the state of your selection. They are essential for the site to work and are exempt from consent.

Third-party functional: the chat assistant embedded in the site stores a visitor identifier and your preferences to keep the conversation.

Booking and payment (third parties): when you start a booking you are taken to the ObeHotel booking engine (booking.zaharasuites.com) and the PayComet payment gateway, which set their own cookies necessary to process the reservation and payment securely. That process takes place on their own domains, under their own cookie information.

Legal basis and consent

Technical or necessary cookies are used under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and do not require consent. Non-necessary cookies (functional or third-party) are only installed with your consent, which you may give, refuse or withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
